Tennessee Vols defensive back Alontae Taylor had one of the coolest NIL deals in the nation last year.
Taylor had a deal with Moonshine Mountain Cookie Company that rewarded fans with free cookies anytime the Tennessee cornerback would make an interception.
#Vols’ Alontae Taylor said his teammates were really happy about his interception because they knew about his NIL deal with a local cookie company.

He said a lot of guys on the sideline immediately were like, “That means we get free cookies, right!?!?!?"
Taylor was drafted in the second round of the 2022 NFL Draft by the New Orleans Saints, which means someone at Tennessee has to take the cookie deal over.
On Friday morning, the Moonshine Mountain Cookie Company announced that Vols wide receiver Cedric Tillman will be taking over as the company’s “cookie monster”.

It's time to find out who our #cookiemonster is this season! Just watch the video, y'all!#nil #govols #gbo #moonshinemountaincookies #bestNILdeal pic.twitter.com/iUuy6s8Hev
Here’s the deal for this year:
If Tillman catches two touchdown passes in a game this fall, fans will get two free cookies as a reward.
Now for the bad news.
Tillman only had two games with two or more touchdowns last season — the final two games of the season (against Vanderbilt and Purdue).
Maybe quarterback Hendon Hooker will look Tillman’s way a bit more often in the red zone this season with free cookies on the line.
