Tennessee fans are ridiculously passionate when it comes to supporting UT athletics. Football, basketball, baseball, it doesn't matter. The fans show up.
And we received another example of that this weekend.
The Vols set a program record for baseball attendance in a weekend, with 13,566 fans showing up for a three-game series against Georgia Southern.

It's February. It's cold. And it's Georgia Southern. Not exactly a recipe for a great college baseball weekend. Yet Tennessee fans still showed up in droves to support Tony Vitello and the baseVols.
Vol fans might irk other fan bases at times, but there's no denying the passion of the Big Orange faithful.
