It’s April 1, so that means everyone needs to be careful on the internet today. There are plenty of folks out there — including the official Tennessee Vols football Twitter account — trying to pull off great April Fools’ jokes today.

So if you see a tweet on Friday saying Nick Saban is retiring just move along. It’s not true.

The official Tennessee Twitter account, however, managed to pull off a great (and harmless) April Fools’ joke on Friday. The @Vol_Football account posted a video that shows Vols offensive coordinator Alex Golesh imploring his players to “slow down”.

Check it out:

Tennessee, of course, runs an up-tempo offense that likes to move as fast as possible. Telling the players to slow down is the last thing Golesh would ever be doing.

Kudos to the Vols for pulling off a fun joke that didn’t go too far and send folks into a panic (something like Rick Barnes is retiring and Cuonzo Martin is returning to coach Tennessee probably would’ve been a bit much).
