Country music singer Morgan Wallen found an awesome way to rep the Tennessee Vols out west at his most recent concert
Country music singer Morgan Wallen is a passionate Tennessee Volunteers fan, and he almost always finds a way to rep UT at his concerts — regardless of what city he’s playing in.
Country music singer Morgan Wallen almost always finds a way to rep the Tennessee Vols during his concerts.
And this weekend in Denver was no exception.
Wallen played two concerts in Denver over the weekend (Marshall Manning, the son of Vols legend Peyton Manning, was in attendance for Friday night’s concert), and he found a subtle way to rep Tennessee.
The superstar singer wore a Colorado Rockies Todd Helton jersey at one point during the concert.
Helton, a member of the Baseball Hall of Fame, played baseball and football at Tennessee in the 1990s.
This is a move we’ve seen Wallen pull off before.
Two years ago in Denver, Wallen rocked a Peyton Manning Denver Broncos jersey.
We’ve seen Wallen pull this off in other cities, too.
In 2023, for example, the East Tennessee native wore a Detroit Lions Hendon Hooker jersey during a concert in the Motor City.
There’s certainly no questioning Wallen’s love for the Vols.
Denver had a lot of Volunteer orange this weekend
There was plenty of Volunteer orange in Denver this weekend.
In addition to the Wallen concerts, the San Francisco Giants, which are managed by former Tennessee baseball coach Tony Vitello, were in town to play the Rockies.
Peyton, who still lives in Denver after finishing his NFL career with the Broncos, stopped by Coors Field to visit with Vitello and the Giants.
The Giants lost 8-3 to the Rockies on Saturday night, but former Vols outfielder Drew Gilbert, who is in his second season with San Francisco, blasted a home run in the 8th inning.
The Vols are everywhere. All the time.
