The Tennessee Volunteers' 25-15 victory thrilled those in orange across the country on Saturday while also leaving those in crimson and cream dejected.

And in the Kansas City Chiefs' locker room this week, it appears the Vols' win left some former Sooners a little bit more than dejected.  It saw them end up in orange and white.

VFL Trey Smith posted a video on Twitter/X on Wednesday showing a trio of former Sooners, including center Creed Humphrey and long snapper James Winchester, sporting Vols gear in the Chiefs' locker room as Rocky Top blared from the speakers.

Former Tennessee and Oklahoma offensive lineman Wanya Morris also was wearing Tennessee gear, but as his big smile and chuckle indicated, he was having a pretty good time with it.  However, Smith did note on Twitter/X that he "had to stay on his side."

Humphrey, on the other hand, clearly wasn't too happy with having to sport the Big Orange.

It appears as though Trey Smith went all in with a handful of his teammates on the game, and he was the one who came away laughing in the end.  But hey, losing bets to former Vols in the NFL based on how Josh Heupel's team is performing this year is apparently becoming a more common thing.

Former Vols standout and current New England head coach Jerod Mayo cashed in a similar bet two weeks ago, when he made former North Carolina State quarterback Jacoby Brissett put on a Tennessee sweatshirt during his press conference.

With the way the Vols are executing on both sides of the ball this season, it's probably wise that NFL players who played college football for a team facing Tennessee this season stay away from such bets moving forward.  Unless they don't have a problem with being broadcast across social media wearing Tennessee gear with sheepish looks on their faces.
