Memphis Grizzlies guard Ja Morant had another great game on Tuesday night, scoring 29 points while helping the Grizz beat the Golden State Warriors 116-108.

It was the Grizzlies’ tenth straight win. Memphis now has a 5.5 game lead over the Dallas Mavericks in the Southwest division.

Near the end of the game, Morant scored while driving to the basket and getting fouled. As he stepped toward the crowd, there was a kid in a Stephen Curry jersey trying to high-five Morant.

And Morant wasn’t a fan of that.

Instead of high-fiving the kid, Morant stared him down.

After the game, Morant said it was “disrespectful” that the kid had on a Curry jersey while cheering for the Grizzlies.

“He was disrespectful with that jersey on,” said Morant. “We in Memphis. It looked like he wanted to cheer but he had that jersey on. I apologized to him but in that moment, bro, take that jersey off and then dap me up.”

Morant later tweeted that he wants to find the kid’s info and send him a Grizzlies jersey.

There’s no doubt that Morant has that killer instinct that all the greats have. And he’s just getting started. Morant’s going to be a joy to watch in Memphis for years to come.
