Tennessee Vols forward John Fulkerson will undoubtedly go down as one of the most popular players in the history of UT athletics.
Fulkerson signed with the Volunteers way back in 2015 as a three-star recruit from Kingsport, TN (he played high school basketball at Christ School in Arden, NC, which is just outside of Asheville, NC).
The Tennessee native has had his ups-and-downs as a Volunteer. But it's always been evident that he has a deep love for UT.
Fulkerson has spent six seasons at Tennessee. Saturday afternoon was actually Fulkerson's second time going through senior day festivities at UT. He wasn't expected to come back after last season.
Before his final home game, against Arkansas, Fulky addressed Tennessee fans from the center of The Summitt.
It's going to be strange watching a Tennessee basketball game next season without Fulkerson on the court. But who knows, maybe Fulky could return to UT next season as a graduate assistant on Rick Barnes staff.
