Tennessee Vols head coach Josh Heupel is all about team-building exercises.
Shortly after arriving in Knoxville, Heupel had the team play a huge game of dodgeball as a team-building exercise. The players loved it.

On Monday, the official Tennessee Football Twitter account tweeted a video of Heupel, his coaching staff, and the team playing a game of Wiffle ball. The video of the action is intercut with clips of players talking about why playing Wiffle ball was such a great team bonding activity.
Check it out.
You play the game because it's fun!

Heupel has worked incredibly hard to create a culture where players are expected to work hard and leave it all on the field, while also having fun and bonding with teammates.
By the way, the highlight of that video is easily Tennessee quarterbacks coach Joey Halzle hitting a walk-off home run (along with the ensuing bat flip).

There’s no doubt this team has grown extremely close under Heupel’s guidance. And that’s just going to make them even more dangerous in 2022.
