Tennessee Vols guard Zakai Zeigler has quickly become a wildly popular fan favorite on Rocky Top.
Zeigler, who is from New York, was an afterthought in the Vols’ most recent signing class. Five-star guard Kennedy Chandler, who has been as advertised, received all the hype.
It’s been Zeigler, though, who has become one of Tennessee’s main team leaders this season.
He’s also been one of the most entertaining players. And that didn’t change on Saturday when the Vols beat the Kentucky Wildcats in the SEC Tournament semi-finals.
Zeigler was a total savage during the game and after the game.
At one point, Zeigler mocked a Kentucky player not getting a foul call.

Classic.
Then immediately after the game, Zeigler hit the griddy (likely in response to Kentucky’s TyTy Washington doing the Griddy in the middle of the Wildcats’ win against the Vols in January).

And if that wasn’t enough, Zeigler also mockingly gave a “Go Big Blue” to the cameras as he walked off the floor.
“Go Big Blue.”

Zeigler is a treasure. And the Vols are beyond fortunate to have him.
