Pro Football Focus has released it's annual All-Pro team and there's multiple Detroit Lions on it for the first time in a while. While this is not the big AP All-Pro team that everyone looks forward to, this is a big deal as PFF is the top analytical source around. Here's who made it for the Lions:

Penei Sewell: First team

There is no shock here at all. Sewell has been the best tackle in the NFL all season. He's allowed just one sack on the year and he's more than held his own against some of the best pass rushers in the league. Here's what PFF had to say about Sewell:

"Sewell has gone from strength to strength since entering the league in 2021, and his third NFL season was his best yet. His 90.7 PFF grade ranked first among all offensive tackles, with the former Oregon Duck also leading the way with a 93.1 PFF run-blocking grade. He allowed just 20 quarterback pressures from 674 pass-blocking snaps."

Frank Ragnow: First team

Again, no surprise here at all. This offensive line is held together by it's anchor at center. Ragnow was PFF's highest graded center this year and he also allowed just one sack this season. He also did it all with that toe injury that he's still very much suffering and playing through. Here's what PFF had to say:

"Ragnow surrendered 18 quarterback pressures across 576 pass-blocking snaps during the 2023 regular season to rank fifth among centers in PFF pass-blocking grade (73.9). He also excelled as a run blocker, finishing as one of three centers to earn a 90.0-plus PFF run-blocking grade."

Amon-Ra St. Brown: Second team

St. Brown was incredible this season. He finished third in receptions, third in receiving yards and third in touchdowns. He also led the NFL in yards after the catch too. St. Brown was PFF's eight highest graded receiver with a 90.6 grade.
