The fundraiser is titled, "BWC Supports College Tour for Select Students of Boys Latin of Philadelphia High School," which helps fund the cost of the bus, hotel rooms, & food costs for the college tours for 40 young warriors of Boys Latin Of Philadelphia High School.
"We are asking our friends, family, & clients to help us reach our goal of sparking the desire for these young warriors to pursue higher education through an on campus experience. Our belief is that an on campus experience will expose the students to an experience that could lead to their next source of inspiration, motivation, and education to equip them for their version of greatness. Historically each college visit for a group of 40 students have cost between $30,000-$35,000. With our help more students can be exposed to this life changing experience." the fundraiser wrote on their page.
So far, the fundraiser has raised $13,756 as of 1 p.m. on Sunday, Feb. 16.
