Itr has been no secret in recent days. The New Orleans Saints plan to hire Philadelphia Eagles offensive coordinator Kellen Moore as their next head coach, and they now have that opportunity following Philly's victory over the Kansas City Chiefs.

With no surprise involved, Eagles head coach Nick Sirianni wants Moore to stick around, though. His offense did just churn out 33 points for the Eagles against a daunted Kansas City defense to win the biggest game of the year.

Sirianni recruits Kellen Moore amid Saints reports

Of course, his offensive coordinator is a piece that he would rather not lose and have to replace following lifting the Lombardi Trophy. Sirianni dropped a comical, yet hopeful, quote in the postgame.

"Let's run this sh** back, Kellen…" — Sirianni said after the SB win

Philly would love to have its young, fiery OC back in the building, but things are trending in the right direction for him to land in New Orleans.

A flood of reports regarding Moore came out on Saturday evening, including the above statement from Schefter. Jordan Schultz and Jeremy Fowler also pointed to the impending deal coming for Moore from New Orleans.

Moore has reportedly had some discussions with some coaches around the NFL for a potential staff with the Saints as well. He has clear and honest interest in the opening.

The Saints are hoping that Moore does not take that advice from Sirianni. Instead, they'd like Moore to agree to a deal in the coming days, so he can begin assembling his coaching staff sooner than later.
