The Super Bowl is this weekend, and unless Travis Kelve proposes to Taylor Swift after a Kansas City victory, the NFL offseason will quickly become the main focus in the aftermath of Sunday. The 2025 NFL Draft is the best event of the offseason, and our expert team has you covered with a fresh 7-round mock draft.
In our latest mock draft for 2025, we've integrated the most recent assessments from the college football landscape. And the best part? It’s a comprehensive seven-round mock draft for 2025. We based our predictions on the current draft order as we enter the Super Bowl.
Which player will your favorite team choose? Many things could shift with half the season still remaining and an entire free agency period ahead. But for now, this is how I envision the draft playing out.
7-Round 2025 NFL Mock Draft
1) Tennessee Titans: Shedeur Sanders, QB, Colorado
This will be a big offseason for the Titans, as they need upgrades all over their roster. I did a deep dive to see which quarterback fits the Titans the best, and the answer is a resounding one: Shedeur Sanders. Sanders' accuracy, playmaking, and sharp decision-making will help Brian Callahan get his offense back to a respectable level.
2) Cleveland Browns: Cameron Ward, QB, Miami (FL)
Cameron Ward is risky, and how he compares to Deshaun Watson as a freelancer is concerning as far as his fit with Cleveland. However, it's possible Kevin Stefanski sees Ward closer to Jordan Love than Watson, and the former has been very good in Green Bay's scheme. Ward is a terrific athlete with the physical tools to be a superstar. I think this is a better gamble than trying to be cute and land a quarterback in an unimpressive 2026 crop.
3) New York Giants: Travis Hunter, CB, Colorado
New York will likely expect this scenario, so their choices are chasing Sam Darnold in free agency, overdrafting someone at No. 3, or staying patient and getting their guy in the second round. Taking Jaxson Dart here would be insane, so instead, I'll take the best overall football player in the class and be happy with a foundational defensive piece.
4) New England Patriots: Abdul Carter, EDGE, Penn State
With Drake Maye symbolizing the Patriots' offensive future, New England is well-positioned to secure a significant trade package. No tackle or receiver surpasses Abdul Carter. The agile and quick pass-rusher could be a cornerstone for New England's defense for the next decade.
5) Jacksonville Jaguars: Tetairoa McMillan, WR, Arizona
Hiring Liam Coen, albeit in odd circumstances, is a win for Jacksonville. The easy connection to make is Coen gets Trevor Lawrence his version of Mike Evans in Tetairoa McMillan. The tall, long-striding playmaker will make everyone's job easier in Jacksonville and fit the scheme.
6) Las Vegas Raiders: Ashton Jeanty, RB, Boise State
Like the Giants, the Raiders should find themselves in the Darnold sweepstakes. Pete Carroll could also bring Russell Wilson back and rebuild the Raiders as a competitive run-first team like his old Seahawks teams. Taking Ashton Jeanty this high is a pill to swallow for some folks, but he'll be worth this pick and be the face of the franchise for his rookie contract.
7) New York Jets: Mason Graham, DT, Michigan
Recent offensive investments put the Jets in a position where they almost have to take a quarterback or tend to their aging defense. Mason Graham can usher in the next generation of defensive dominance in New York. He can play multiple positions across it, as Aaron Glenn banks on interior pressure, which matters more than a lower-tier edge prospect.
8) Carolina Panthers: Will Johnson, CB, Michigan
Carolina could take the first tackle and then move Ikem Ekwonu to center, but the best overall talent on the board is Will Johnson. Giving Jaycee Horn a playmaking and physical partner is a great outcome for a team that found offensive traction by the end of the year. Now, the focus has to be finding as much high-impact star power as possible.
9) New Orleans Saints: Shemar Stewart, EDGE, Texas A&M
A Senior Bowl riser, thanks to his tremendous raw power and ability to learn, Shemar Stewart can ride the offseason wave into the top 10. New Orleans has so many needs that they can simply go with the top grade on their board. I still lean toward favoring premier positions, and the 6-foot-5, 290-pounder can be a forceful strong side end.
10) Chicago Bears: Will Campbell, OL, LSU
As Chicago approaches their pick in this part of the first round, the discussion about whether to focus on a pass rusher or an offensive lineman grows more intriguing. At this point, they choose Will Campbell, who can thrive as either a tackle or a guard. It's crucial for the Bears to avoid repeating past mistakes with Caleb Williams, which ultimately influences their decision.
11) San Francisco 49ers: Kelvin Banks, OT, Texas
San Francisco can opt for a bolder move here than going with an expected pick along its defensive line. Kelvin Banks is the best pure tackle prospect in the class, and the 49ers could get their heir for Trent Williams and play him on the right side in 2025. It depends on how sold they are on Colton McKivitz, but we saw what happens to this team when their trench play takes a dip.
12) Dallas Cowboys: Walter Nolen, DT, Ole Miss
Another big star at the Senior Bowl, Walter Nolen is the most fluid and explosive defensive tackle in the class. Mason Graham has Nolen beat in run defense and consistency, but Dallas would be a good landing spot to get the most out of Nolen. This is a sexier option than a more stout presence and has the upside of having a Gerald McCoy-like impact.
13) Miami Dolphins: Armand Membou, OL, Missouri
Scouts really like Armand Membou for good reason. Capable of playing tackle or guard, Membou has elite length and athleticism and knows how to use his advantages over defenders. His tape is great, and there are fewer holes in his resume than most others in the class. Miami desperately needs an impact guard, so this is a good fit.
14) Indianapolis Colts: Tyler Warren, TE, Penn State
I hate going with the chalk pick here, but it continues to make so much sense for both the team and Tyler Warren. The Colts are young and have the chance to elevate their offensive potential considerably with an athletic playmaker at tight end. It doesn't get much better than Warren, who was one of the most dominant presences in the nation last season.
15) Atlanta Falcons: Jalon Walker, LB/EDGE, Georgia
The Matthew Judon trade was a bust, and Atlanta basically has to take a pass-rusher with this pick now. Jalon Walker is a great value here despite being a little light at 6-foot-2 and 245 pounds for a full-time edge defender. However, he can be a three-down weapon because he's so rock solid as an off-ball linebacker, and that versatility is rare.
16) Arizona Cardinals: Kenneth Grant, DT, Michigan
Shoving an athletic pass-rusher who stands 6-foot-3 and 335 pounds into the middle of a multiple-front defense sounds a lot like what Philadelphia did as they revamped their defense around Jalen Carter and Jordan Davis. Kenneth Grant is a little more of Davis than he is Carter, but there's still plenty of juice in his lower body to be an impact defender on three downs. Jonathan Gannon needs this type of building block.
17) Cincinnati Bengals: Jack Sawyer, EDGE, Ohio State
Why not keep the Ohio kid within state lines? Jack Sawyer became an Ohio State legend this season and reached new heights as a pass-rusher. Trey Hendrickson might depart the Bengals, and even if he doesn't, upgrading Sam Hubbard would be a nice development for the defense. Sawyer is a pro-ready, three-down, impact option.
18) Seattle Seahawks: Luther Burden III, WR, Missouri
I'm making this pick as I anticipate a DK Metcalf trade this offseason after so much smoke for so long. Pairing Luther Burden with Jaxson Smith-Njigba would be incredibly fun and one of the NFL's most dangerous units. Burden plays similarly to Ja'Marr Chase as an elite deep threat and is similarly good on short catches where he has some room to create.
19) Tampa Bay Buccaneers: James Pearce Jr., EDGE, Tennessee
I hate mocking James Pearce this low because I think he's a top-10 talent overall in this class. But some concerns about his lean frame and run defense are justified. Tampa Bay shouldn't care as they have one of the better rosters in the NFL but a desperate need to add more impactful young talent to the edge position. Pearce can be a terrific Day 1 contributor here.
20) Denver Broncos: Emeka Egbuka, WR, Ohio State
There's no question Sean Payton will love Emeka Egbuka's film. Reliable, consistent, a terrific run blocker, and more explosive than most think, Egbuka is the perfect No. 2 option in any offense. Denver desperately needs to overhaul its playmaking corps this offseason, and Egbuka can either replace Courtland Sutton or be a nice complementary piece for Bo Nix.
21) Pittsburgh Steelers: Matthew Golden, WR, Texas
A fast riser thanks to his speed and improvement at the catch point on vertical routes, Matthew Golden will find his way into the first round. Pittsburgh's quarterback situation could drive them into looking at Jaxson Dart or Jalen Milroe, but I think they bring Justin Fields back or find a veteran and upgrade around the position instead. If George Pickens is back, Golden would naturally slide into the WR2 role in front of Roman Wilson, who is an ideal slot.
22) Los Angeles Chargers: Shavon Revel Jr., CB, East Carolina
I hesitate a little in giving Los Angeles a player coming off a major injury, but Shavon Revel Jr. is talented enough to roll the dice for a snakebitten franchise. The Chargers need playmaking on both sides of the ball, and there's a talent gap big enough between Revel and Tre Harris to make the pick. Revel's athleticism and playmaking at 6-foot-3 are insane and incredibly rare.
23) Green Bay Packers: Josh Simmons, OT, Ohio State
I thought Green Bay was happy with Rasheed Walker but I'm hearing the team is more than open to taking an upgrade this spring. Josh Simmons might be the best overall left tackle in the class, but he is coming off a torn ACL. His power and quickness combination is evident in both phases, and he fits Matt LaFleur's scheme perfectly.
24) Minnesota Vikings: Benjamin Morrison, CB, Notre Dame
It's easy to forget that Notre Dame's best defender missed the entire season with an injury. Minnesota could grab an interior lineman here, but I think they address that in free agency. Benjamin Morrison gives Brian Flores an elite man corner to deploy, taking his unit up a whole new notch.
25) Houston Texans: Tre Harris, WR, Ole Miss
Injuries to Tank Dell and Stefon Diggs certainly hurt the Houston Texans in the short and long term. Bringing Diggs back on a new deal would help the team's cap sheet, but cutting bait is the best move. Pivoting by drafting Tre Harris gives them a healthier, more explosive player after the catch, and he'd fit alongside Nico Collins and Dell, should Dell ever get healthy.
26) Los Angeles Rams: Donovan Jackson, OT, Ohio State
Not enough is being made about how well Donovan Jackson played in eight games at left tackle for Ohio State. He shut down every pass-rusher he faced except Abdul Carter and was the lynchpin for the Buckeyes' title run. Whether Los Angeles wants to keep Alaric Jackson or replace him, there's a spot at right tackle for Donovan Jackson regardless.
27) Baltimore Ravens: Mykel Williams, EDGE, Georgia
Athletic upside is the ultimate trump card when it comes to ciphering who to project where. Baltimore desperately needs young talent to mold into a star, and Mykel Williams is the best-equipped in the class to get there. Williams' spurts of high-end play toward the end of the year reinforced that he was still the guy who could pay off with a big swing.
28) Detroit Lions: Mike Green, EDGE, Marshall
A second pass-rush specialist in a row, Detroit is almost certainly adding a trench player here. They should prioritize beefing up their defense at all costs, but landing Mike Green will help them avoid trading up. Green is undersized but has the explosiveness needed to be a true partner in crime for Aidan Hutchinson.
29) Washington Commanders: Colston Loveland, TE, Michigan
Going with a receiver or defensive playmaker would make a ton of sense for a vastly out-talented Washington team. But going with Colston Loveland also accomplishes a ton for this roster and the direction they're building around Jayden Daniels. Loveland can be his Jason Witten for a decade, moving the chains, creating after the catch, and providing better run blocking than what most young tight ends can muster.
30) Buffalo Bills: Malaki Starks, SAF, Georgia
The Bills made do with a mediocre safety pairing in Taylor Rapp and Damar Hamlin in 2024, but a talent upgrade is certainly possible. I do wonder why Cole Bishop struggled so much and whether he's still in the team's plans. If the Bills aren't sold, then going with a much more instinctive and athletic option in Malaki Starks can be the face of a key position on this defense. Starks plays a lot like former Bills star Micah Hyde.
31) Philadelphia Eagles: Nic Scourton, EDGE, Texas A&M
Teams greatly appreciate versatile players, and Nic Scourton is a prime example of that. At 6 feet 4 inches tall and weighing 285 pounds, he can fill multiple positions and has a significant athletic advantage. Given that the Eagles already have solid tackles, allowing Scourton to focus on a specific role on the edge will help him excel without the pressure of having to change his body.
32) Kansas City Chiefs: Elijah Arroyo, TE, Miami (FL)
While I think the Eagles win the Super Bowl, there would be something hilarious about the Chiefs notching the NFL's first three-peat and seeing Travis Kelce propose to Taylor Swift immediately after. Anyways, I think this is it for Kelce, and the Chiefs need a replacement. Elijah Arroyo is the best pure receiving tight end in the class and has the profile of a massive matchup problem for defenses with his speed and fluidity.
