The Ohio State Buckeyes won the 2024-25 National Championship in large part due to the swath of talented underclassmen who returned to school for one last season. Those who put off entering the NFL draft until 2025 were rewarded, and the handful of high-end transfers Ohio State landed were major contributors as well.
In A to Z's latest three-round 2025 NFL mock draft, Ryan Roberts projected six Buckeyes to land in the top 60 picks. This could be a record-breaking draft class for Ohio State as they look to eclipse Georgia's record of 15 players taken in one class.
We're looking at all six Buckeyes Roberts projected to be selected and where they landed.

Just another 2025 NFL mock draft
10. Chicago Bears: Josh Simmons, OT, Ohio State
Roberts starts his mock off in logical fashion, giving Ben Johnson and the Chicago Bears a franchise left tackle to protect Caleb Williams. While Simmons is coming off a torn ACL, he has the athlecism and power to become a very good starter in short order. Incumbent Braxton Jones is best served as a high-end backup or to transition to guard.
21. Pittsburgh Steelers: Emeka Egbuka, WR, Ohio State
I love this fit a lot. Regardless of whether George Pickens is back in Pittsburgh or not, the Steelers need playmaking badly. Ideally, the Steelers would be able to land a veteran quarterback before the draft, allowing them to add a dynamic and versatile playmaker in Emeka Egbuka. It's a weak quarterback market, but maybe the team is willing to pair Justin Fields with a Day 2 rookie.
43. San Francisco 49ers: Tyleik Williams, DT, Ohio State
Tyleik Williams has dropped out of the first round in mocks, not because he's not a rock-solid player who doesn't make splash plays, but because he's not an elite pass-rusher, and this class has better three-down players for Day 1. But he is terrific in the run game, and a team like San Francisco makes sense, given the decline across its front seven over the last two years. This is a solid fit and great value.
57. Carolina Panthers: JT Tuimoloau, EDGE, Ohio State
A few months ago, JT Tuimoloau looked like someone destined to fall to Day 3. Now, he's a bonafide second-round value. His pass-rushing ability hit a new high in the College Football Playoff despite dealing with a nasty ankle injury. His impact and consistency changed how everyone viewed his upside. Carolina needs a starter, and JTT certainly fits the bill as a high-end run stopper and threat in the passing game.
59. Baltimore Ravens: Jack Sawyer, EDGE, Ohio State
I'm surprised to see Jack Sawyer fall so far, as I think he now has a first-round claim. However, the class is tough to judge. I think Sawyer could go to the Lions or Ravens at the tail end of the first, so obviously, this looks like a terrific value. Like Tuimoloau, Sawyer is a high-floor player who improved over the course of his senior season. I like his pass-rush upside a little more than his teammate, though.
60. Detroit Lions: Donovan Jackson, IOL, Ohio State
The NFL will view Donovan Jackson much more favorably than any of us did before his transition to left tackle. I think he might be a first-round tackle despite spending about 1,500 snaps at left guard before moving positions midway through the season. His traits were much better utilized at tackle, and that will give him a completely new projection.
