The Minnesota Vikings just got done scouting the Reese's Senior Bowl. It's one of the more important events on the National Football League calendar to accelerate the NFL Draft scouting process.

When it comes to the Vikings, where they go in the NFL Draft is very interesting. They have up to five members of the secondary to replace, along with needing to fortify the trenches.

When it comes to how analysts are projecting what the Vikings will do, it's all over the place, which is very interesting, especially since it's before free agency.

Shavon Revel Jr., CB, East Carolina

Byron Murphy, Stephon Gilmore, Shaquill Griffin and Fabian Moreau are all free agents at cornerback for the Vikings. Even if they bring one or two of those players back, they’ll need to invest in the position. And Revel, who missed nearly the entire season with a torn ACL, could be a steal in the back half of the first round.-Mackie

Tyler Booker, OG, Alabama

Tyler Booker’s strength and technique at guard should keep defenders from rushing J.J. McCarthy head-on. It’s not a splashy pick, but Sam Darnold ruined all hopes of adding a top-10 pass catcher.-Dodson

Kenneth Grant, DL, Michigan

Minnesota has way more talent on offense than they do on defense. It sounds as though defensive coordinator Brian Flores will be back for another season despite taking some head coaching interviews, so the goal is to give him some talent to keep the defensive trajectory pointing upward.-Edwards

Jahdae Barron, CB, Texas

Three of the Vikings' five starters in the defensive backfield are hitting free agency. It's hard to find a better option to fill in at multiple spots than Barron. The Texas corner spent most of his career at nickel before moving to other spots in the secondary in 2024. He holds up in man or zone coverage and has the attitude and motor to be a plus in run defense.-Ostly

Derrick Harmon, DT, Oregon

The Vikings had a great defense without many great players, particularly along the interior of the defensive line. Harmon gives Minnesota a chance to find that impact defensive tackle.-Tice and McDonald

Nick Emmanwori, S, South Carolina

Nick Emmanwori is a high-ceiling safety with a massive frame, excelling in run support and moving smoothly in coverage for his size. The Vikings need to inject youth and versatility into their secondary, and Emmanwori provides both as he can play multiple roles in the box and deep coverage.-Brockermeyer

Benjamin Morrison, CB, Notre Dame

If Morrison's medicals check out, the well-sized cover corner would be a nice fit for a secondary that prioritizes tackling and toughness on the perimeter.-Brooks

Omarr Norman-Lott, DT, Tennessee

The Vikings’ run defense is one of the best in the NFL this year, but that shouldn’t stop them from boosting the talent in the interior of their defensive line. Omarr Norman-Lott is one of the least talked-about defensive tackle prospects in this class. His flexibility and power are what the Vikings need to take on the dominant rushing attacks in the NFC North.-DeLeone

T.J. Sanders, DT, South Carolina

Minnesota appears to have another year of Brian Flores calling the defense on deck. With that in mind, the team would benefit from more dynamic, young talent for Flores' aggressive pressure scheme. TJ Sanders is one of the most disruptive interior talents in this year's class. Putting him in positions to play in a loaded front or base looks like a complement to Harrison Phillips, giving Minnesota another dangerous weapon to force mistakes from opposing quarterbacks.-Crabbs

Josh Conerly Jr., OT, Oregon

The Minnesota Vikings undoubtedly surpassed expectations entering the season and were one of the best teams in the NFL. However, all of that quickly came crashing down in the playoff game against the Rams. The Rams highlighted that the Vikings need help along the offensive line.

With this pick, the Vikings draft offensive lineman Josh Conerly Jr., who can fill in for Christian Darrisaw if he doesn’t start the season completely healthy. Alternatively, he has the ability to kick inside and provide valuable reps where needed.-Sanchez

Walter Nolen, DT, Ole Miss

This is an instant smash for the Vikings. They need a player like Walter Nolen who can rush the passer from the interior and his proficiency in stunts will fit in perfectly with Brian Flores' defense.-Forness

Malaki Starks, S, Georgia

Minnesota adds the top safety in the draft at No. 24. Starks will play all across the defense as a rookie.-Gray
