There's no tomorrow for the Miami Dolphins on Sunday. After the Los Angeles Chargers defeated the Denver Broncos on Thursday night, the Dolphins must win to avoid being eliminated from playoff contention.
However, the task of defeating the San Francisco 49ers will be even more daunting after the release of the final injury report on Friday.

Jaylen Waddle is listed as doubtful, while Tyreek Hill is questionable for the game. It was already expected that Waddle wouldn't be available, as he missed practiced all week due to the knee injury he suffered in the Dolphins' loss to the Houston Texans last Sunday.
However, Hill is someone to keep an eye on over the weekend. Hill's participation dropped from full to limited on Friday, with the injury designation changing to "wrist/personal" on Friday as well. Hill has been dealing with the wrist injury all season, but he's managed to avoid a game designation, and the personal designation is something that is curious as well.
Miami could get some key names back on both sides of the line of scrimmage this week. OTs Terron Armstead and Kendall Lamm – who missed last week's game in Houston – both practiced in varying capacities on Friday and are listed as questionable for the game. OLBs Bradley Chubb and Cameron Goode, who are also both listed as questionable, could be activated off the PUP list this weekend.
The Dolphins and 49ers get underway on Sunday at 4:25 pm ET from Hard Rock Stadium in Miami Gardens, Florida.
