The Philadelphia Eagles are one of the closer, tight-knit groups in the NFL, at least in my opinion from what I have seen.

These guys would go to war for each other, and that's what they have been showing all year. The brotherhood and family bond is truly something that sells itself when other players are thinking about playing in the 'City of Brotherly Love.'

The fans reciprocate the same energy. Everyone on the team is their family and they all have a love for every player. Besides Jalen Reagor of course. Fans hate that guy.

But everyone else, even the fans, who aren't on the team, feel that same energy.

There is a reason that the Eagle locker room feels the way it does. There is a reason the Eagles have such a tight bond, and in my opinion, it starts with Nick Sirianni.

He has a tight bond with everyone, and I think it's beyond noticeable. However, one of his closest bonds is with the quarterback.

"I think throughout this whole process of everyone working together and being together, I think we have learned a lot about one another," Jalen Hurts said of his and Sirianni's relationship. "Being able to just spend time with one another, put the work in together, and I think he has grown in a number of different areas.

"With just the overall grasp of what he is doing. I think we all kind of have the same objective, and why we come, do what we do everyday, and just try and take steps in that, so. We just all have to single handidly do our job so we can, you know, get the results we want."

I don't think a lot of people expected the two to be as close as they are so quickly. I don't think many expected the two to be one of those dynamic quarterback-coach duos that elite teams have, this early.

A lot of that is because of what Sirianni is preaching in the locker rooms.

It starts in the offseason, then to training camp, where Sirianni talked nonstop about having each others' back, playing for each other, and having that dawg mentality.

Because of how close the two have gotten in their work relationship and personal relationship, I think these two can be the next best quarterback-coach duo for years to come.

I'm talking about duos like Mahomes and Reid, etc.

Hurts and Sirianni are that close.

Most duos like that take a bit longer to form, but this one has gotten closer quicker than expected based on what we see on a day-to-day basis.
