It seems like nearly every day we received a new example of how quarterback Joe Burrow has completely changed the Cincinnati Bengals' culture.

Two years ago, just before the Bengals selected Burrow with the No. 1 overall pick in the 2020 NFL Draft, the narrative surrounding Cincinnati was that the franchise wasn't prepared to build around Burrow.

That narrative has been destroyed over the last year.

Cincinnati has completely changed the way they operate. The Bengals have been aggressive in the draft (selecting wide receiver Ja'Marr Chase, which turned out to be brilliant, when there were other more pressing needs) and they've been aggressive in free agency (signing three offensive linemen this offseason to big deals).

Now, the Bengals plan to be aggressive in another area — infrastructure.

Cincinnati is finally planning to build an indoor practice facility.

Bengals executive vice president Katie Blackburn said on Wednesday that the team is "actively" looking at making the indoor practice facility a reality.

Blackburn said the Bengals plan on needing the indoor practice facility through the months of January and February.

This has to be a Burrow thing, right?

An indoor practice facility has long been needed in Cincinnati (a large number of college football programs already have indoor facilities), but it's always been put on the back burner for whatever reason.

But now with Burrow in town — and the Bengals likely playing in January and February on an annual basis — the franchise is suddenly looking to make this indoor practice facility actually happen.

This is the type of stuff that Super Bowl-winning franchises do. The Bengals haven't acted much like a Super Bowl-winning franchise over the last couple of decades.

The arrival of Burrow, however, has completely changed Cincinnati's approach.

This should be exciting for fans. Not just because it's good for the Bengals, but because it could be the precursor to more great things.
