Barrow, 6-foot-4/252 lbs from Grovetown, GA, is rated in 247Sports' composite rankings as the No. 86 player in the state of Georgia and the No. 37 weak side defensive end in the nation.

Barrow, who is originally from New York, recently told Rivals that whenever he's on campus at Tennessee (which he's unofficially visited several times) he has a "real good feeling about them".

For now, Barrow says that Virginia Tech, Troy and West Virginia are the programs after him the hardest.

The Vols currently have 13 commits to their 2020 recruiting class, which is ranked No. 28 in the nation at the moment.
