A couple of Tennessee Vols football players are heading overseas.

But no worries, they'll be back.

Vols defensive linemen Omari Thomas and Byron Young are heading to Rwanda as part of the VOLeaders program.

A year ago, Vols wide receiver Josh Palmer (now a member of the Los Angeles Chargers in the NFL) and Tennessee baseball first baseman Luc Lipcius were part of the trip to Rwanda.

It's always cool to see athletes — especially Tennessee athletes — use their platform to make an impact beyond the field.
