Tennessee Vols fans have known for a while that wide receiver Jalin Hyatt is special.

And on Saturday, the rest of the country found out.

Hyatt had a night to remember in the Vols' 52-49 win over Alabama. The South Carolina native caught six passes for 207 yards and five touchdowns. He now has 10 touchdowns on the season through six games (the UT record in a single season is 13 by Marcus Nash).

Without Hyatt, there is no Tennessee win over Alabama.

Former NFL superstar shows love for Jalin Hyatt

Former NFL superstar wide receiver Chad Johnson was watching the game and he took notice of Hyatt.

Johnson tweeted that he wanted someone to send him a Hyatt jersey.

He had some other comments too, which you'll see below.

Tennessee is the hottest team in the country. Folks are watching. Recruits are watching.

The win against Alabama, combined with Hyatt's insane performance, could be the catalyst for Tennessee regaining its reputation as "wide receiver U".

I can't imagine any wide receiver in the nation wanting to play in any other offense.
