Eagles, Offensive line, offense

Not only have the Philadelphia Eagles surprised everyone that's not a fan, but they are also doing it in a dominant way, as one of their position groups was just named the best in all of football.

The Eagles are doing it all, on both sides of the ball, and are the only undefeated team left in the NFL now after the Miami Dolphins lost to the Cincinnati Bengals on Thursday Night Football.

The defense has stepped up after allowing 35 points to the Detroit Lions, they shut down the Vikings and Commanders. This defense is showing that they are one of the most balanced in the league.

There is one thing though that has helped their offense become as lethal as it is. That would be the offensive line, which is ranked as the best in the league after three weeks.

PFF ranks the Eagles' O-line best in the NFL

The offensive line is one of the most important groups in football. They don't get enough love, honestly. The Eagles' offensive line does, though, as Pro Football Focus recently ranked them the best in the league.

According to PFF, the Eagles' offensive line has the best pass-blocking grade in the league at 78.1. They also have the 12th best run blocking grade at 62.6.

The Eagles allowed the ninth fewest sacks in 2021-2022 with 38. So far this year they have allowed just seven sacks on Jalen Hurts.

The offensive line has protected the quarterback so well in 2022. Lane Johnson may be one of the standout players on the offensive line, too, as he has yet to allow a sack or a knockdown of the quarterback per PFF.

This team can do so many good things this year because of how good the line is. Having the best in the division is great, and having the best in the league is amazing.

We all know this in very personal way: The Eagles had the NFL's No. 1 offensive line when they won the Super Bowl a few years ago.

The Eagles will surely only get better, too, as the season goes on. I wouldn't be surprised if they end with the fewest sacks in the league this year.
