The Denver Broncos have struggled so much on the offensive side of the ball this year, that it has scared people into thinking this team won't be great, despite having the league's best defense.

They are 2-1, but the media would convince you otherwise. Yeah, the defense has single handily won them the two games, and almost the first game of the year, but the offense isn't just one of the worst in the league.

On Sunday, their opponent, the LAs Vegas Raiders, also struggle and have struggled more than nearly any other team this season as they are 0-3. A lot of their struggles have been on defense. This is the perfect opportunity for the Broncos to get their stuff together.

In the first quarter, that's exactly what they did.

The Broncos showed that they are continuing to get better on the offensive side of the ball. They showed that the offense can be good, it just needed a little bit of time. They also showed that this offense is not one to play with when they are clicking.

The first offensive drive for the Broncos was already more successful than the first three drives of the game last week against the San Francisco 49ers.

Denver was able to get a first down on their first offensive drive, something they couldn't do on three offensive drives last week. They were able to score on their second offensive drive on a touchdown pass to Courtland Sutton.

Last week, the Broncos didn't score a touchdown until the 12th offensive drive of the game. They scored a field goal on the fourth drive of the game and then punted six more times, along with a missed field goal, before they scored a touchdown.

This offense is already looking so much better against the Las Vegas Raiders. With eight minutes left in the first half, the Broncs were able to take advantage of a bonehead move by the Raiders, and make a field goal to make it 10-10.

Then, later, the team executed the perfect four-play drive that resulted in a touchdown catch from Jerry Jeudy.

When this offense gets going the way we know it can watch out.
