The Denver Broncos have joined the party hosted by the Carolina Panthers and Indianapolis Colts. Unfortunately, it isn't the type of party you want to be at in the NFL.

Those three teams currently don't have a head coach.

The Broncos just fired Nathaniel Hackett, so they'll be in the HC market this off-season.

There will be many candidates to choose from, but this ownership group must nail this hire. Hackett was an absolute mess. He didn't even last an entire season in his first season as an NFL head coach.

The Broncos' front office must bounce back.

The Broncos may look to hire someone with NFL head coaching experience. That would make sense after the latest debacle. If that isn't at the top of their list of requirements, though, one option is right in front of them.

Defensive coordinator Ejiro Evero is a suitable fit and option for the Broncos.

Evero's defense has been fantastic this season. Outside of the game versus the Los Angeles Rams, they have been dominant. The offense has held them back. Evero is a young, exciting choice for the Broncos.

At just 41, he would be one of the younger head coaches in the NFL. The Broncos could use an influx of youth in their team. Their defense has tons of young talent, so that would make a lot of sense.

Evero was previously an assistant for four other NFL teams, too. He has many contacts around the league, and his experience is undeniable.

Evero has certainly proved that this season as the Broncos' DC. He was actually the secondary coach for the Super Bowl-winning Rams last season. His pedigree is rich for never having held a HC position in the league before.

The Broncos may not choose Evero, but there is no denying that he is a solid option for the opening. They would be smart to give him a fair chance at the job.
