If Tennessee Titans' players were Christmas presents, what would they be?
Derrick Henry – Socks
The Titans' star running back is consistent. It won't always be flashy, but he gets the job done. As time goes on, people appreciate them (and him) more and more for the Titans.
Treylon Burks – A puppy
Exciting! Gets the people going – if you will. Burks has been banged up in his rookie season, but his talent has flashed often. His physical abilities project him to be an important part of the future for the Titans.
Kevin Byard – Candles
You can never go wrong with candles. Byard is that way as well. He plays the safety position extremely well-balanced.
Chig Okonkwo – A massive Lego set
Bring on the hype! Legos take some time, but they are worth the wait. Chig has been the same way for the Titans. He's needed time to develop, but he is one of the most important, explosive pieces on offense for Tennessee.
Jeffery Simmons – A new phone
All. About. Energy. Kids or adults alike love to get this as a present, and Titans' fans love watching Simmons on the field. One of the most useful gifts and players.
Dennis Daley – Coal
This doesn't really need too much of a description, eh? Coal is the stereotypical naughty list present. Daley has been on the naughty list for Titans' fans all year for his struggles.
Ryan Tannehill – A hand-knitted quilt
You can never doubt the commitment or emotion involved with either one. It may not be flashy, but the thought is there. Some folks are quick to dispose of Tannehill, but many are thankful for what he's done in his career with the Titans.
Happy holidays and Merry Christmas to all of you. Let us know if you have any other ideas for Titans' players as presents!
