The Miami Dolphins (8-5) are on the heels of two straight losses. Most recently at the hands of the LA Chargers, a game in which QB Tua Tagovailoa struggled once again.
Despite a record setting performance from WR Tyreek Hill, the Dolphins struggled to move the ball down the field, Tua completed only 36% of his passes and now they are two games behind the Buffalo Bills in the AFC East.
Just in time for the rematch.
Both the Dolphins and the Bills met earlier this season in Miami, giving Buffalo their first loss of the season, and seeing Tua miss extended time due to a concussion and issues related.
This time around, the Dolphins will have to leave the warmth and care of home. Heading into Buffalo, NY in mid-December. Temperatures are expected to be between high 20's and low 30's for game time and plenty of snow.
The game is in Buffalo, the Dolphins struggles continue, and the weather will be very 'typical'. It's no wonder the Bills are early favorites.
The Bills are a 7.5-point favorite with the over/under set at 42 points. On the year, the Miami Dolphins are 6-7 against the spread, as well as 2-2 as the underdog. The money line on the game may shift as we get closer to game day.
If the Dolphins want to keep their pace in the AFC East, they can't afford to fall behind another game. Still in second place in the division, Miami is still alive for the number one seed as well but will need help along the way.
With how the Bills are playing of late, and the NY Jets and New England Patriots still alive the Dolphins are in a must-win situation right now. And for the remainder of the regular season.
