CB Darius Slay has the perfect description of the Eagles' WR trio

In 2022, the Philadelphia Eagles have the potential to have one of the best offenses in the NFC. They already have the best in their division, but that isn't hard.
Of course, it all starts with the play of Jalen Hurts, who can pretty much do everything. His ability to make plays out of nothing is what separates him. His legs are that in the same as Lamar Jackson and Kyler Murray.
But, the receivers surrounding Hurts are a big reason, too.
A.J. Brown, DeVonta Smith, and Quez Watkins can be elite this year. But, we already knew that.
Here is how Eagles Pro Bowl cornerback described the receiver trio on Thursday to the media.
"I know y'all see him with the dark visor, swole, and he just looks like a swole batman," Slay told the media. "Y'all cannot tell me he doesn't look like a swole batman. DeVonta [Smith] is a skinny batman, Quez [Watkins] is a fast batman. So we have three batman's on the team, but we have one swole, one skinny, and one fast."
The reporter then asked if there were any robins on the team.
"No robins! We don't have any backups, no robins, no sidekicks. We have nothing but Batman. Them boys fly!"
Slay could not have had a better description, to be honest.
While the quote is all fun and games, I think I get what he is saying, in terms of the robin part of his quote.
Any of those three could be the number one guy on any given day. If you want to game plan to take away Brown, Smith is very good. If you want to try and take both of them away, Watkins is already down the sideline catching deep balls by using his speed.
That's how this offense is constructed, and if anyone knows that, Slay does, as he goes against them every day in practice.
This team will thrive off of the ability the offense has. We saw that in Week 1, as they hung 38 points on the Lions. When things are clicking, it can get scary. Batman scary.
