Plenty of NFL receivers don't seem to like playing against Kansas City Chiefs cornerback L'Jarius Sneed because, well, he's one of the best in the league at his position.

Sneed recently appeared on Kay Adams' "Up & Adams Show" and explained exactly why opposing receivers get frustrated when going one-on-one against him.

"They don't like me. I'm aggressive, they don't like aggressive corners," Sneed said. "They always say I'm holding them, they don't like that. That's what I love about my game, I love to get into their head and get them out of their game."

Adams went on to ask Sneed which receiver dislikes him the most, and Sneed's answer wasn't too shocking:

"Ja'Marr Chase," Sneed said, name-dropping the Cincinnati Bengals wideout.

"He don't like the Chiefs, period," Sneed continued. "Me and him get very chippy. He's got a mouth on him."

Considering Sneed and Chase were both caught arguing and shoving each other just a couple of months ago in Week 17, it's not much of a surprise that Chase was the receiver that Sneed chose. It also probably frustrated Chase even more than he wasn't able to get a catch during that game when Sneed was covering him — Sneed allowed zero receptions on two targets vs. Chase in Week 17.

It was a fantastic year for Sneed, who, despite being snubbed from the Pro Bowl and All-Pro teams, managed to have a tremendous season and helped lead the Chiefs to their third Super Bowl title in five years.

Now, Sneed enters the 2024 season as a free agent when his stock hasn't been any higher. He's due for a payday, and if he stays in Kansas City, expect many more matchups between him and Chase. The two are set to face off again this year when the Chiefs host the Bengals in 2024.
