A week on, the San Francisco 49ers likely won't have recovered from their gut-wrenching Super Bowl 58 loss to the Kansas City Chiefs.

After reaching at least the NFC Championship Game in four of the last five seasons and coming up short in two Super Bowls, there must be some inside the building questioning if the Niners will ever get over the hump and win the franchise's sixth Super Bowl title, their fifth having come three decades ago.

But the oddsmakers believe that elusive Lombardi Trophy is on the horizon.

The events of the upcoming offseason could have a significant impact on the odds. However, the 49ers, per DraftKings, have the best odds to win Super Bowl 59 in New Orleans next February.

San Francisco is the favorite at +550, just ahead of the team that again broke their hearts, the Chiefs, at +650.

The Niners' salary cap situation dictates that will lose several of their depth pieces and potentially some of their 2023 starters, meaning it will be a crucial draft in which they have 11 picks. Yet the top end of San Francisco's roster still stands as the best in the NFL going into the offseason, and the 49ers' star power is a key reason why the oddsmakers have belief they can get the job done in the 2024 season.
