Baltimore Ravens safety Kyle Hamilton will be in for a unique challenge in this season’s AFC title game.

Hamilton noted on Wednesday that he has been called on to help slow down Kansas City Chiefs tight end Travis Kelce on Sunday.

"It’s going to be a challenge," Hamilton said. "I'm part of the plan to hopefully take him away, but it's a team effort at the same time. We got to have guys up front rushing the quarterback, make it unclear on Mahomes, and then in the backend, it isn’t going to be man-to-man the whole game. We have to have guys in the right spots."

Kyle Hamilton vs. Travis Kelce

This upcoming duel between Hamilton and Kelce will be a matchup to watch on Sunday. According to Pro Football Focus, 49.4 percent of Kelce's passing snaps have come from the slot this season. Hamilton, on the other hand, has logged a 0.45 yards per slot coverage snap allowed mark on the season.

Hamilton is just coming off of a potent performance in the Ravens’ AFC divisional round win over the Houston Texans in which he did not allow a single reception in coverage.

The Ravens are looking to pick up a win over the Chiefs to advance to the Super Bowl for the first time since the 2012 season.
