San Francisco ended the regular season with several injuries on both sides of the ball, though the Niners had the benefit of resting starters in their meaningless Week 18 contest with the Los Angeles Rams.
Though it was not a typical bye week for the 49ers, who held two practices last week despite the lack of a game, the time off has put their roster in much better shape to tackle the challenge posed by the Green Bay Packers in Sunday's divisional round matchup.
49ers Injury report

Injury report observations
The headliner is that running back Christian McCaffrey, the most prolific skill player on the 49ers' star-studded offense, practiced in full for the first time since suffering a calf injury in Week 17, with tight end George Kittle also benefiting from some rest after back spasms. Versatile veteran interior lineman Jon Feliciano also appears to have put his back problem behind him.
Though Dre Greenlaw was not out there, head coach Kyle Shanahan confirmed that the starting linebacker would return to practice on Wednesday having "pushed him hard" on Monday. Logan Ryan is also expected to practice after missing Tuesday's install day with his groin issue.
But with defensive tackle Arik Armstead on track for a return and starting safeties Tashaun Gipson and Ji'Ayir Brown back in full practice along with cornerback Ambry Thomas, the 49er defense is almost back at full strength.
Clelin Ferrell's knee injury, which will keep him out of the second round of the playoffs, is the only blemish in that regard.
Yet, with backup safety George Odum in with a chance of being activated to the 53-man roster following his lay-off with a torn bicep, the 49ers' roster looks poised to head into the divisional round the healthiest it has been for some time.
The stars appear to be aligning for the 49ers to make their final push towards the Super Bowl, but it's imperative they capitalize on their rest advantage and their health against a dangerous Packers team with nothing to lose.
