Things have been relatively quiet on the Philadelphia Eagles front as they continue to revamp their coaching staff.

But on Tuesday, the team made a minor move by signing tight end Noah Togiai to a reserve/future contract.

Togiai, a former 2020 undrafted free agent, has bounced on and off the Eagles practice squad over the last four years.

He was elevated for one game this past season against the Buffalo Bills where he played just seven offensive snaps.

The Eagles have now signed a total of 21 players to new reserve/futures contracts:

  • DB Tristin McCollum
  • DB Tiawan Mullen
  • WR Joseph Ngata
  • RB Lew Nichols
  • G Jason Poe
  • DT Thomas Booker
  • OL Le'Raven Clark
  • WR Shaquan Davis
  • TE E.J. Jenkins
  • DE Tarron Jackson
  • C Lecitus Smith
  • OL Brett Toth
  • WR Austin Watkins
  • LB Terrell Lewis
  • LB Brandon Smith
  • DT Noah Elliss
  • DB Mekhi Garner
  • DB Mario Goodrich
  • WR Jacob Harris
  • WR Griffin Hebert
  • TE Noah Togiai

An NFL team has any player not on the 53-man roster sign a reserve/future contract if they don't want them negotiating and signing with another team.
