The Las Vegas Raiders are currently the only NFL team right now to have a black head coach (Antonio Pierce), a black general manager (Champ Kelly), and a black president (Sandra Douglass Morgan. This is something to be extremely positive about because diversity isn't common in the NFL, unfortunately.
There is a reason the NFL made a rule regarding hiring black coaches and being compensated for doing so. There needs to be more diversity in this league, and the Raiders appear to be way ahead of that trend.
Then, you have people who just want to hate and turn that into a negative thing. Well, they can at least try. The Raiders president, Sandra Douglass Morgan, was having none of that on Twitter.
Someone on Twitter replied to the graphic that explained that the Raiders are the only team in the NFL to have a black president, head coach, and general manager, and their reply wasn't very positive, to say the least. Here is what the tweet said:

It's great to see the Raiders be ahead of something like that, and it's even better to see the Raiders' staff members, I guess you could call her, defend something like that as well.
