Some may call it an overreaction, but it still feels like it rings true.

Dehsaun Watons appears back, and the Cleveland Browns may be the team to beat in the AFC North.

Recently, on the Pat McAfee Show, he also exclaimed that Watson, through the inconsistency, has found a way to rediscover himself in Cleveland.

"Don't look now. Don't look now," McAfee said, "Deshaun Watson might be Deshaun Watson again."

And boy, do the Browns need it.

The AFC North Division legitimately has four teams that are better than the league average. But in a division that has the Baltimore Ravens leading — a good Watson may make Cleveland the team to beat.

In the NFL, teams want to avoid peaking too early. And with Watson dealing with a slew of injuries throughout the first half of the season, his play prevented Cleveland from reaching its summit.

Now healthy and whole, still boasting an elite defense, Watson's return to his Pro Bowl version of himself immediately makes the Browns a late-season dark horse to come back and win the division.

All thanks to Watson peaking at the right time.

Again, it may be premature. Watson could return to the quarterback he has been throughout the majority of his time in Cleveland. That would pretty much settle things for the Browns in the division. But if Watson doesn't. If he continues this trend of pulling wins out from places where only losses were thought of, the sky is the limit.

If Cleveland is the team to beat in the division, it all rests on Watson's shoulders.
