The Green Bay Packers beat the Chicago Bears like a drum in Week 1 and sure enough, the NFL world has taken immediate notice.

The Packers came into the season ranked 18th in Sports Illustrated's Power Rankings, but now, they're sitting at 11th after moving up seven spots. A 38-20 win will certainly do that for a team.

The Packers nearly made the biggest jump out of any team on the list, but they were just barely beaten out by the Cleveland Browns and Tampa Bay Buccaneers. Both teams jumped eight spots (Tampa from 31 to 23 and Cleveland from 22 to 14) to edge the Green Bay.

Last week: win at Chicago, 38–20
Next week: at Atlanta

Boy did Jordan Love look good. He’s confident, mature and accurate. Romeo Doubs is a devastating route runner who is going to score a lot of touchdowns, or set the table for someone else to. His cerebral route running is evident. Love’s athleticism on the throwback play to Aaron Jones should turn heads. Matt LaFleur seems to have as much of the Aaron Rodgers playbook at his disposal as he did before, with a few more options that could have been chucked out to keep Rodgers more comfortable. – Connor Orr, Sports Illustrated

The Packers are currently the No. 2 team in the NFC North, five spots behind the Detroit Lions, who are sixth after moving up three spots. They beat the Super Bowl defending Kansas City Chiefs on Thursday night, so that move is more than warranted.

Now, the Packers turn their attention to the Atlanta Falcons, who won't be the easy matchup most people think. They made a lot of upgrades over the offseason, especially to the defense, and looked pretty good in their 24-10 win over the Carolina Panthers in Week 1.

Regardless, Packers fans still have five more days to bask in Sunday's victory and relish in the rave reviews they'll receive throughout the rest of the week. This just being the first of many.
