Philadelphia Eagles starting cornerback Avonte Maddox and wide receiver Quez Watkins headed to the locker room with injuries during the second quarter of Thursday night's game against the Minnesota Vikings.

Maddox left with an apparent should injury while Quez exited early with a hamstring injury.

Both are questionable to return, according to NBC Sports' Dave Zangaro:

Mario Goodrich took over for Maddox at slot corner with Olamide Zaccheaus in at slot receiver for Watkins

Philly's secondary has taken a hit early in the season as both starting cornerback James Bradberry (concussion) and starting safety Reed Blankenship (ribs) were ruled out ahead of Thursday night.

The Eagles lead 13-7 at the half.
