How will the Browns fair against T.J. Watt?

Cleveland will be starting rookie right tackle Dawand Jones for the first time due to the injury to Jack Conklin. Unfortunately for Jones, his first start comes against one of the best in the NFL. Jones is going to have his hands full against Watt in what will be one of the most important storylines in this one.

Does the passing game get going for Cleveland?

The running game and defense won the game against the Cincinnati Bengals in Week 1. Deshaun Watson was never able to jumpstart the passing game and finished with just 154 yards through the air, along with a touchdown and interception. Weather played a part in Week 1, but in Week 2 that shouldn’t be an excuse.

Does Cleveland move to 2-0 for the first time in 30 years?

Cleveland can do something they haven’t in 30 years and that’s start the season 2-0. It’s a sad stat that the Browns would like to put in the past and leave it there. Winning in Pittsburgh won’t be easy, so they’ll have to make it happen out on the field.

3 Players to watch

  • RB Nick Chubb: Chubb did his thing in Week 1 by going over the century mark and could be in store for another solid week against the Steelers. Defensive lineman Cam Heyward is out and is a big loss for Pittsburgh. Cleveland could lean heavily on the run game if the passing doesn’t get going again.
  • OT Dawand Jones: As mentioned above, Jones is the big-time underdog in his first career start. With Watt looking to beat him and get to Watson, it’s going to be tough sledding. If Jones can put together a good game, fans are going to get excited.
  • DE Myles Garrett: It seems like Cleveland’s star pass rusher always shows up against the Steelers in some way. Garrett is going to get a lesser talent at tackle across from him in Dan Moore Jr., one that he could potentially exploit.
