The Denver Broncos have been a part of two scary hits so far this NFL season.

One was in Week 1 against the Las Vegas Raiders, where wide receiver Jakobi Meyers was hit helmet to helmet and struggled to get off of the field. He is now in concussion protocol.

The other was this week against the Washington Commanders, which saw tight end Logan Thomas get hit in the head, and he had to leave the game as well.

Both of these hits were on Kareem Jackson, the veteran safety for the Broncos. After the last one, there was a chance he would be suspended.

On Monday morning, we learned that Jackson would likely not be suspended for his hits. That's great news for the Broncos, who are already dealing with a ton of injury concerns in the safety position.

However, Jackson will likely have a hefty fine in store for him.
