There have been plenty of discussions about the internal relationships of the New Orleans Saints this season.

Is Derek Carr the right leader for the roster? Is Alvin Kamara getting frustrated? Does Chris Olave have a good relationship with his QB? Has Dennis Allen lost the locker room?

All of those have merit to be brought up, but Olave shut down concerns about his chemistry with Saints QB Derek Carr after the team's Week 13 loss to the Detroit Lions.

Olave's relationship with Derek Carr has been doubted by fans at times this year. It's of no fault of Olave, either. He's made no negative comments directly.

Olave was asked about the crowd reaction from Sunday. He had a glimpse of a grin during the interaction, which made some fans believe that he was glad that it happened to Carr. The young wideout clarified that situation afterwards on Twitter (or X).

Olave says that he did not realize what the media member meant when they asked a question about if the boos were warranted.

All in all, there was probably some overreaction from the fan base from the interaction. Olave made some veteran comments regarding the team's performance in the past few weeks, too.
