The San Francisco 49ers are set to be without at least one starter for their second meeting in three weeks with the Seattle Seahawks.
Head coach Kyle Shanahan confirmed ahead of Wednesday's practice that defensive tackle Arik Armstead is likely to miss out because of foot and knee injuries.
Armstead could be joined on the sideline by a starter on the offensive line, with four other players missing practice due to injury.

Injury report observations
The 49ers are hopeful Armstead's knee issue is not a long-term problem, though Shanahan admitted he could miss two weeks because of that concern and a foot injury that caused him to leave the blowout win over the Philadelphia Eagles in the fourth quarter.
Javon Kinlaw, the 2020 first-round pick, will likely step in for Armstead after recording two sacks against the Eagles. Kinlaw had previously not registered a sack since his rookie season but has made a consistent impact this year after finally shaking off a persistent knee injury.
Also dealing with a knee injury is starting right guard Spencer Burford, who missed the road win over Seattle in Week 12 with a similar issue before returning against Philadelphia. Shanahan said on Monday that Burford is considered day to day.
If Burford cannot play, veteran Jon Feliciano will take Burford's place at right guard having done so in the victory over the Seahawks on Thanksgiving.
Elijah Mitchell's knee issue was described as "soreness from the game" by Shanahan, indicating there is no reason to worry about his presence on the injury report.
Tight end Ross Dwelley had already been ruled out with a high ankle sprain by Shanahan, while rookie cornerback Darrell Luter Jr. is also set to miss out with his hamstring injury.
Good news came in the form of Ray-Ray McCloud practicing in a limited capacity, the 49ers' return man missed the Eagles game with a rib problem.
49ers’ Dre Greenlaw and Eagles security chief apologize to each other
No more bad blood.
