With the Browns finishing second in the AFC North, they’ll play second-place teams in a few other discussions. There is no getting past the fact that the schedule is going to be tough.
Cleveland will play seven teams that are in the playoffs — plus the Bengals and Chargers — both are teams that could be very improved. But luckily for the Browns, the toughest opponents are going to be played at home.
2024 Home games for the Browns
- Bengals
- Ravens
- Steelers
- Chiefs
- Chargers
- Cowboys
- Giants
- Dolphins
2024 Away games for the Browns

Outside of divisional opponents Steelers and Ravens, the Browns will play just one team that is in the postseason. Cleveland will take a trip to Philadelphia to take on the Eagles, who have taken a step back in 2023 it appears.
Playing the Cowboys, Dolphins, and Chiefs are all going to be grind-it-out games if you want to win. But the Browns will at least have these games at home, a place where they lost just one game all season.
Who knows what the postseason is going to hold for the Browns in the short term, that’ll all unravel soon. Either way, Cleveland will have Super Bowl aspirations next year and they’ll play the schedule of a contender. They will have the home-field advantage benefit working to their advantage in some key games next season.
