The Buffalo Bills sure do know how to play tricks on our hearts. Take the last game for instance, waiting until beyond the last second to secure a victory as the play happened at the 0:00 mark.

Taron Johnson proved to be the hero of the matchup with many claiming there should've been a penalty call on the last play of the game. Nevertheless, as Josh Allen had discussed immediately postgame, a win is a win no matter how ugly it may be.

Immediately after the contest the Bills Mafia may have gotten their biggest scare yet. I previously wrote about how Josh Allen needed X-rays after the contest and while Sean McDermott did his best to brush away the idea that there was any kind of serious injury, he designated Allen as "day to day."

First, it was believed that everything was okay, then it wasn't and now it is? It's hard to keep up. Sean McDermott gave fans a reason to breathe easy. Well, sort of. Allen is back at practice but that doesn't guarantee that Allen will play.

As Ian Rapoport reported, Allen will be practicing but McDermott said "We'll see how it goes" when discussing if the QB can play this weekend or not. A Bills offense without Allen is a scary thought (sorry Kyle Allen).

You can watch McDermott's full press conference below, his comments on Josh Allen begin at the 0:23 mark.

The success of this team rests on the shoulders of Josh Allen, having him miss any extended period of time is the stuff of nightmares. If you think the offense is suffering with Ken Dorsey calling plays, imagine an offense that doesn't include Josh Allen.

All that's left to do is wait. On the bright side, he's practicing which is an important step in the right direction.
