Did you know Philadelphia Eagles rookie wide receiver Ainias Smith has a YouTube channel?
His channel is called "Sub Zer0 Productions" and he posts weekly vlogs about his life in the NFL.
In his latest vlog, Smith walks viewers through his first day of OTAs and officially signing his rookie contract.
What Does a Day in the Life of Smith at OTAs Look Like?
Smith flew from his hometown in Texas back to Philadelphia for OTAs.
He noted that he will have to get used to the Philly cold after spending the last 22 years of his life in Texas.
Smith explained that he hasn't participated in any drills yet since the Eagles are taking things slow with him as he makes his way back from a fractured shin.
He revealed that instead of working out with his teammates, he does a physical therapy session with a personal trainer, which includes running in a pool.
Once he's done with rehab he rejoins his teammates in offensive meetings and then watches them practice while taking mental notes.
During a break, Smith goes back to the weight room and does some low-impact workouts.
Then it's lunchtime and according to Smith, the Eagles feed them pretty well.
Smith grabbed a plate of chicken, rice, edamame, and a caesar salad.
"If your food not touching, you're too boujie for me," Smith said.
He washed his lunch down with some Gatorade water.
Then it's time for another meeting. Smith notes that he still needs a shower, but he wants to be early for the team meeting.
After the hour-long meeting, Smith finally got to shower.
Smith wrapped the day up with a rookie BBQ and then went home to kick his feet up and relax.
Note: To get the full effect of Smith's personality and hilarious commentary, fans will have to watch the vlog themselves. It's totally worth it and gives a cool behind-the-scenes look from a rookie's point of view.
