The Baltimore Ravens have had a relatively quiet offseason when it comes to adding talent, but they are bolstering their defense late in free agency. The move addresses a major need, too.

According to The Pat McAfee Show, the Ravens are signing EDGE Kyle Van Noy to a two-year deal.

The pass rush was arguably the biggest need remaining on the Ravens roster. They brought back superstar Justin Madubuike on the inside, but the edge was relatively unproven.

Now, they bring back a veteran who proved he could produce in their system last season.

Van Noy totaled nine sacks, thirty tackles, and nine tackles for loss last year for the Ravens.

For Baltimore, this could change their 2024 NFL Draft plan as well. Edge rusher was expected to be a target early in the process, but now, they could turn their attention to wide receiver, offensive line, or even cornerback early.

Van Noy just turned 33 years old. He still has enough left in the tank to make plays for Baltimore, and they will need him to do so. The vet was a fan favorite on the unit in 2023, so they will be happy to see him back.
