When the Baltimore Ravens lost Devin Duvernay to the Jacksonville Jaguars in free agency, some eyebrows were raised.

Not because Duvernay was an elite WR, but because he was the teams' primary returner, and the NFL has brought the return back to life following a rule change at the NFL Owners' meetings.

Well, per Tom Pelissero of NFL Media, Baltimore not only solved their problem, but they did so via another All-Pro:

An All-Pro in 2019, Harty was still one of the better returners in the league last year, with a campaign that included a highlight reel-worthy punt return in front of the whole country on Sunday Night Football:

Replacing Duvernay will be no small feat however, seeing as the former Ravens returner was an All-Pro in his own right, and has a 2-0 lead in Pro Bowls compared to Harty.

But while Harty was signed to be a returner, he was more of a factor in the passing game last season compared to Duvernay:

So in all, it's a win-win for Baltimore. They fill the hole they had at returner while adding a reliable passing option that can serve as depth in a solid WR corps, with all All-Pro upside on special teams.
