Tennessee Vols redshirt junior outfielder Hunter Ensley made one of the biggest plays of the game in UT's 6-1 win against the North Carolina Tar Heels in Omaha on Sunday evening.

With the game still scoreless in the top of the second inning, Ensley robbed UNC of an extra base hit via an impressive running catch that led to Ensley crashing hard into the wall.

Ensley was forced out of the game a couple of innings later due to the collision.

A different angle shows just how hard Ensley crashed into the wall.

Ouch.

Tennessee head coach Tony Vitello noted after the game that Ensley was "wobbly" after crashing into the wall, which is why he came out of the game.

"I said in the mid-game interview there, a little pressure mid-game when you have to do that stuff, I said he was woozy or wobbly," explained Vitello. "I think I said he was woozy. I didn't mean his head, I meant wobbly. He crashed into the wall…I just kept relying on Woody (Jeff Wood) and [Dr Chris Klenck] in our dugout. So I kept saying 'what do you think?'. But you could see he wasn't moving around his best. In the back of my mind, I thought as soon as we got a lead we can't afford with the way Drew (Beam) was throwing the ball to not get to a fly ball — which ironically is what got us into that spot."

Tennessee will play either North Carolina or Florida State again on Wednesday afternoon. The Vols will hope that Ensley is good to go for that matchup.
