One of the SEC's biggest stars from the 2023 season gave Neyland Stadium some love at the NFL scouting combine on Thursday.
Georgia Bulldogs tight end Brock Bowers, a potential top 10 selection in the 2024 NFL Draft, told reporters in Indianapolis on Thursday that Neyland Stadium is the loudest road stadium he's played in.
Bowers pointed out that it got extremely loud at Neyland last season when the Tennessee Vols scored on the first offensive play of the game in an eventual loss to Georgia.
Vols running back Jaylen Wright scored on a 75-yard touchdown run on the game's first play from scrimmage.
And Neyland went absolutely bonkers.
Neyland Stadium at its best is as good as it gets in college football. And it's been at its best during the first three years of the Josh Heupel era.
Tennessee fans certainly provide one of the best home field advantages in sports.
