The Las Vegas Raiders didn't have the success they wanted as a team in 2022, but several individuals had very productive seasons.

Wide receiver Davante Adams had his third consecutive campaign with 100 or more receptions. He cranked out 1,516 yards and 14 touchdowns which led to his sixth straight Pro Bowl nod and third consecutive first-team All-Pro honor.

Defensive end Maxx Crosby got his second straight Pro Bowl selection after setting career highs in tackles (89) and sacks (12.5).

Adams and Crosby both placed fairly high on the top 101 players list by Pro Football Focus, but neither was ranked as high as running Josh Jacobs.

He landed at No. 10 which is the highest for any ball carrier.

Per PFF:

"Jacobs broke 90 tackles this season on 339 rushing attempts, gaining over 1,100 yards after contact behind a Raiders offensive line that improved as the year wore on but was far from dominant. Jacobs averaged 3.4 yards per carry after contact and accumulated 94 rushing first downs — 21 more than any other back."

Jacobs carried the ball more than he ever had in his career last season (340 attempts) and the results were plentiful. Jacobs led the NFL and set a career-high with 1,653 rushing yards. Also, Jacobs' 4.9 average per rush was his highest mark ever and he tied his best campaign with 12 rushing touchdowns.

Jacobs had six 100-yard rushing performances, and they came in bunches. In three straight games in Weeks 4, 5, and 7 (Raiders had a bye in Week 6), Jacobs ran for over 100 yards in each and had his best stretch of rushing touchdowns with six.

Those took place in October, and a month later, Jacobs was at it again.

From Week 11 through Week 13 Jacobs had three more consecutive 100-yard performances that included 229 yards against the Seattle Seahawks which was the highest total by any running back in 2022.

Jacobs also added 53 receptions for another 400 yards. His 2,053 all-purpose yards were the most in the NFL, and he was named a first-team All-Pro for the first time in his career.

After a season like this, Jacobs has now set an incredible bar for his play going forward.
