Raiders given two compensatory picks

The Las Vega Raiders received two compensatory picks for the 2023 NFL Draft.

The Raiders received picks in the fifth (No. 174 overall) and sixth rounds (No. 214 overall). “Under the rules for compensatory draft selections, a team losing more or better compensatory free agents (“CFA”) than it acquires in the previous year is eligible to receive compensatory draft picks,” the NFL’s official release.

The Raiders lost Brandon Facyson, Casey Hayward, Guinton Jefferson, Marcus Mariota, Nicholas Morrow, and Zay Jones. They received. 

They gained Anthony Averett, Mack Hollins, Chandler Jones, and Bilal Nichols.

The Raiders have been given 23 compensatory picks since 1994.
