The Tampa Bay Buccaneers can no longer have a reunion with a guy that has started a ton of games for them over the last eight years.

The Buccaneers' offensive line hasn't always been bad. In fact, the year they won the Super Bowl, they were pretty good. One of the guys that weren't too bad was Donovan Smith, the left tackle who has started over 120 games for the Buccaneers in the last eight years.

Well, he will no longer be an option as a reunion for the Buccaneers up front. Sure, he wasn't great the last two years, but they needed guys up front nonetheless. Now, the two sides are has-beens.

According to Tom Pelissero of NFL Network, the Kansas City Chiefs are signing Smith to a one-year deal worth up to $9 million. They are a team that also needs a tackle, and just so happened to win him over in the contract negotiations.

Now the Buccaneers will have to look elsewhere to replace what he did for the team.
